By downloading, installing, or using Keystone ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Keystone is a media client application for Apple TV that allows you to browse and play media from your personal Plex and Jellyfin media servers. Keystone does not host, store, or provide any media content.
Keystone and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the Keystone developers. The App is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Keystone connects to third-party services (Plex, Jellyfin) that have their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services. Your use of these services through Keystone is subject to their respective terms.
Keystone is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Keystone developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
